The Keep Luxury Condominiums consisted of four buildings with a total of 35 condominium units on a 4.6 acre suburban site. The buildings were arranged in 3 ten-unit buildings (18,550 sq. ft.) and 1 five-unit building (9,350 sq. ft.). The ten-unit buildings consisted of 2 three-bedroom units, 6 two-bedroom units, and 2 one-bedroom units. The five-unit building was comprised of 1 three-bedroom unit, 3 two-bedroom units, and 1 one-bedroom unit.
All first floor units and site amenities were designed to meet current ADA accessibility code requirements. Each unit was designed with open kitchen plans and open air exterior patios / balconies to capture the available views of the surrounding landscape.
Each of the building’s facades are designed with cultured stone and stucco with wood-framed interior construction.
