Bar Louie This project began as a new restaurant concept for the client in an existing building located in a Historic District in Downtown Columbus. As an owner representative, we presented concepts to the Historical Commission and worked closely with the owner as a design/build project.
After construction started the client decided to transition the concept to be inline with the Bar Louie Franchise concept. Documents were modified extensively to accommodate the new requirements. New approvals were ultimately granted by the Historical Commission and Building Department.
