ABBOT STUDIOS has teamed with Bob Evans on renovation projects as well as ground up new builds. Renovation projects consisted of the "Farm Fresh Refresh" concept incorporating Bob Evan's latest design standards.
Services typically included field surveys, design, construction documents, permitting and construction administration. As part of the survey process on all renovation projects, ABBOT Studios completed an ADA compliance report. This report detailed all non-compliant aspects of the existing site and structure, as well as suggested cost effective solutions to meet the current ADA standards.
New build projects required working directly with a local Civil Engineer to site adapt Bob Evans standard design. This process involves meeting with zoning & building departments to accommodate local building site & finish requirements.
